The SR DSM Integration workflow block performs the integration between the HEAT DSM server and Service Manager, such as provisioning and reinstalling computers and installing and uninstalling software.

Exit Ports

Exit Port	Description
ok	Continue to the next block.
failed	General exit port for a failed integration action. A logical next step is to trigger a notification.

Properties

Property	Description
Title	A unique name for the workflow block.
DSM Request Type Field	The request type. On choosing an option from the drop-down list, other fields appear based on your selection. Provision computer Reinstall computer Install software Uninstall software
Computer(s)	The computer type.
Hardware Profile	The hardware profile. Appears when you choose Provision Computer from the DSM Request Type field.
Software Provisioning Profile	The software provisioning profile. Appears when you choose Provision Computer from the DSM Request Type field.
Software List	The software list. Appears when you choose Provision Computer from the DSM Request Type field. Click the add icon to add a field and choose more software. Repeat as needed. Click the delete icon next to the field to remove from the list.
Execute Immediately?	The execution type.
Recalculation Installation Order?	The installation order. Appears when you choose Reinstall Computer from the DSM Request Type field.
FRS Software	The software. Appears when you choose Install Software from the DSM Request Type field.
Package or Set	The package or set. Appears when you choose Install Software from the DSM Request Type field.
Software	The software. Appears when you choose Uninstall Software from the DSM Request Type field.
